Once submitted, our team expedites your visa application process on the immigration portal.

Approval: Upon acceptance of your application, we will promptly email your eTA(Electronic Travel Authorization) status. Kindly note that no refunds can be offered once your visa is granted.

Rejection: We will notify you immediately via email in case of visa application rejection. We will give you the essential documentation to assist you further as proof of rejection. However, it is critical to note that visa rejection is beyond our control. Therefore, customers are not eligible for any refund in such cases. We understand that this may be disappointing; however, it is vital to comprehend that the refund policy is based on the immigration department's decision.

No refunds will be applicable if an applicant submits multiple or duplicate applications on various websites, which leads to visa rejection.

3. Visa Delivery and Confirmation

Upon emailing you the Visa Result, we request that you acknowledge receipt within 4 hours. Please confirm within this timeframe to ensure you have received your Visa Result and that the service will be considered complete. Therefore, after the delivery of the e-Visa, no refunds can be entertained.

4 Change of Mind

Once the application has been formally submitted or uploaded on the government website, we regret to inform you that no refunds can be provided. So, it is critical to re-evaluate and verify all details before submission.

5. Customer Responsibility

We emphasize the importance of appropriate and complete information for successful visa applications. You should provide us with the appropriate details for your visa application before your departure. Please be aware that any inaccuracies or denials resulting from incorrect visa information supplied by the applicant are the applicant's sole responsibility. While we strive to rectify visa-related issues before departure, refunds are only offered if the correct data is provided during submission. We firmly suggest thoroughly reviewing your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal details to ensure accuracy before departure.

6. Refund Process and Chargeback Disputes

In the event of a refund request, the refund will be given to the person who made the payment. Please note that the refund process may take 3-5 business days, as it follows standard banking procedures. The refunded amount will be reversed to the same Credit/Debit card number or PayPal account initially used for the payment.
